_{Under the direction of the CT/MRI Supervisor, the MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality MRI and CT examinations. The role includes direct patient care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients, ensuring proper utilization of the Radiology Information System (RIS), and maintaining compliance with departmental protocols and standards.}

• _{Perform MRI and CT scans in accordance with departmental procedures.}

• _{Operate imaging equipment with proficiency, including use of power injectors.}

• _{Administer contrast materials and initiate/maintain IVs as needed.}

• _{Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.}

• _{Ensure patient safety and confidentiality while providing compassionate care.}

• _{Maintain accurate records and perform clerical duties related to imaging exams.}

• _{Transport patients to and from the Radiology Department as necessary.}

• _{Assist with scheduling exams and participating in on-call rotations.}

• _{Conduct quality assurance checks and support equipment maintenance.}

• _{Engage in age-specific care practices tailored to individual patient needs.}

• _{ARRT (MRI) Certification Required}

• _{6+ months of MRI experience Required}

• _{Demonstrated knowledge of MRI safety and contrast administration}

• _{Strong interpersonal and communication skills}
