Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or experienced Neonatal Physician Assistant to join our busy practice in Winter Haven Women's Hospital. Live the lake lifestyle in sunny central Florida!
Job Description:
NNP Candidates:
PA Candidates:
- Board Certified APRN national specialty certification NNP (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
- Minimum of a Master s Degree
- 2+ years of current NNP work experience (not including training or as RN)
- Minimum of a Master's Degree
- Board Certified through NCCPA
- Completion of a Neonatal PA training program is highly preferred
- 2+ years of current PA work experience in NICU (not including training)- Services provided at Winter Haven Women's Hospital which is part of the BayCare Health System
- The hospital is the area's premier health facility dedicated to the unique needs of women and newborns
- 11-bed, Level-II NICU with 236 annual NICU admissions
- 2-physician practice, supported by affiliated BayCare practice in Tampa
- 16-hour shifts
- Additional hours for additional pay are available
- Licensing and credentialing are provided at no cost
- Not accepting new graduate candidates - CURRENT 2+ years' work experience in NICU (not including RN or training) is required
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- These are permanent positions that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.

- Clean malpractice/licensing history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Minimum of a Master's Degree (note completed education level in "Additional Submission Requirements") - REQUIRED
- Board Certified through NCCPA - REQUIRED
- FL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Completion of a Neonatal PA training program (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- 2+ years of current PA work experience (not including training) in Neonatal ICU (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice/licensing history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
