_{The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician. This role aims to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. The therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their highest level of physical function and independence.}

• _{Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized therapy plans.}

• _{Administer therapeutic treatments and physical agents in accordance with physician instructions.}

• _{Assist patients in regaining function and adapting to physical limitations.}

• _{Supervise and delegate duties to support staff including Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students.}

• _{Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and billing.}

• _{Participate in departmental performance improvement (PI) initiatives.}

• _{Adhere to all infection control, equipment safety, and organizational safety policies.}

• _{Provide care for patients across the lifespan, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.}

• _{Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility with temporary letter to practice Required}

• _{BLS Certification Required}

• _{Experience in a physical disability or rehabilitation setting Preferred}
