Weekend/On-Call: One Saturday every 7-8 weeks on call
Salary: $41 - $45/hour (Based on years of experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

Hiring for dedicated Physical Therapist to join the Rehab Services team. The PT will evaluate patients' physical conditions, design and implement treatment plans, and continuously assess and adjust care to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities include:
Supervising PT assistants and affiliating students (at least one per year)
Collaborating with healthcare professionals
Maintaining accurate medical and business records
Participating in quality improvement, community outreach, and program development
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited PT program (preferred)
Experience in acute care (preferred; entry-level accepted)
Vermont state license (temporary license acceptable on entry)
CPR certification required
Minimum two recent supervisory references
No conflicts with prior applications directly to this position
Disclosure of any previous termination history is mandatory
