_{The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in a Rehabilitation/Skilled Nursing setting works under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement prescribed therapy interventions. The PTA is responsible for providing therapeutic exercises and modalities in alignment with each patient's care plan and medical needs. This role requires a strong understanding of professional limitations, clinical documentation, and patient engagement across all age groups, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.}

• _{Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.}

• _{Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily treatment notes and discharge summaries.}

• _{Oklahoma State Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant Required
