Perm Physician Family Medicine Findlay Oh Apply
Blanchard Valley Hospital is currently looking for several Perm Family Medicine providers to join their team! We welcome you to be part of our team serving patients in Central & Northwest Ohio. Our physicians have schedule flexibility to meet their professional and personal needs, as well as a full support team dedicated to them.
Job Description:
- Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours. Options:
1) Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week - 4hr, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days)
2) Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, 4hr Sat)
3) Twelve 10hr Days/28-Day Block (Wed-Fri, 3 days on/2 off, Mon-Wed, 3 days on/6 off) - Of our 9 offices, we offer opportunities in these locations (option for Findlay or more rural practices)
- Bluffton Primary Care
- Carey Medical Center
- Caughman Health Center
- EasternWoods Family Practice
- Fostoria Primary Care
- Lake Cascades Primary Care
- Wellness Park, Findlay - Opening January 2025!
- 100% outpatient, no hospital call, light 1:3 practice call
- Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
- Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
- Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
- 24-hour in-house Hospitalist services
- Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- State-of-the-Art Surgical and Inpatient Facilities and Technology
- Wellness Park, Findlay - Opening January 2025!
- These are permanent positions that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.
- Welcoming recent graduates and experienced physicians. Recent graduates must have plans to sit for Boards.

- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (will not accept IM) - REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Date of agency's last communication with provider (note in "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED
- Why is candidate interested in BVHS? (note in "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
- Provider's preferred location and schedule option (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
