Job Summary:

Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will be responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, and delivering evidence-based therapy services to both inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician. You will play a key role in promoting optimal functional outcomes for patients ranging from pediatric to adult populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.

  • Provide therapeutic interventions and reassess progress throughout the treatment cycle.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of human growth and development for effective care across age groups.

  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and participation in therapy goals.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.

  • Participate in quality assessment and improvement activities as needed.

Position Highlights:

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Experience working with both inpatient and outpatient populations
