Salary Range: BR/hour

At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team.

The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nursing Supervisor is:

  • Provides assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity.
  • Communicates problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.

  • Ensure a safe, effective and efficient patient care environment

  • Support staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse through participation in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, professional development.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
  • Current NH Registered Nurse Licensure. Required.
  • Previous relevant experience in a charge nurse or supervisory role an asset;
  • Relevant nursing certification an asset; highly encouraged after employment
  • Current BCLS Required.
  • Current ACLS preferred
