Perm Rn Med Surgtelemetry Progressive Care Apply
- 2+ years ICU, PCU, Med /Surg experience -Required
- 2+ years ED experience--Required
- Tele experience Required
- Previous travel experience not essential
- Rural/small facility experience not essential
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (ACLS, BLS, and PALS - Facility will not pend certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH or Compact RN license must be in-hand at submission. Facility will not pend.
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend
On Call Requirements : None
