Job Title: Permanent RN Quality and Accreditation

Rate: $87,000.00 to $114,000.00 + Full Benefits

The RN Quality and Accreditation role is responsible for supporting and maintaining Quality Management (QM) Plan across all sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, facilitating continuous quality improvement initiatives, and promoting patient safety and organizational excellence. This position requires strong clinical experience, knowledge of accreditation standards, and the ability to interpret and apply regulations in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities-
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a Consortium-wide Quality Management Plan.

Promote and facilitate quality improvement initiatives across all facilities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Monitor compliance and provide timely reporting on regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., TJC, CMS, OSHA, DNV).

Analyze data and perform medical chart reviews to support quality improvement, risk management, and peer review activities.

Provide guidance to leadership and staff on meeting regulatory standards efficiently and effectively.

Support development and monitoring of action plans to address performance gaps and compliance issues.

Investigate trends, risks, and concerns that may impact patient safety or organizational integrity.

Collaborate with medical staff leadership and committees on peer review processes, including reviewing charts and preparing cases for Medical Director evaluation.

Work closely with the Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, and Corporate Counsel on issues stemming from quality and peer review processes.

Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor, and internal consultant for quality initiatives.

Participate in cross-coverage of other Quality Management team roles as needed.

Stay up to date with changes in accreditation and regulatory standards through continuing education and training.

Current, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in the State of Alaska (or proof of application before start date for direct hires).

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or equivalent certification required within 3 years of hire.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification American Heart Association.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare quality, regulatory compliance, or risk management.

Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and collaborative improvement projects.

Experience with data analytics, chart review, and performance improvement strategies.
Knowledge of:
