Location: Owosso, MI
Pay Range: $20.67/hour $27.91/hour + Full Benefits
Shift Schedule: 70 Hours per Pay Period (10-hour shifts, rotating one week on / one week off)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist (ARRT) to join our imaging team in Owosso, MI. This role requires the ability to perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) and general radiography procedures on a diverse patient population including inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients. The CT Technologist will support diagnostic efforts by producing cross-sectional images for interpretation and will also assist during invasive procedures when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanner, power injector, and post-processing equipment.

  • Perform CT exams including emergency, scheduled, inpatient, and outpatient studies.

  • Adjust scanning protocols based on patient-specific factors and radiologist guidance.

  • Produce diagnostic-quality images and maintain a repeat rate at or below national standards.

  • Assist radiologists during interventional procedures (e.g., biopsies, abscess drainages).

  • Perform general X-ray exams as needed.

  • Maintain familiarity with Diagnostic Imaging procedures and terminology.

  • Ensure accurate patient identification and gather complete medical histories.

  • Provide clear explanations of procedures to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation.

  • Adhere to age-specific care protocols and hospital safety standards.

  • Support research efforts and stay up to date with evolving imaging technologies.

  • Evaluate image quality and document, store, and retrieve imaging data accurately.

Qualifications:

  • ARRT Certification Required

  • Advanced Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) Required

  • Two-year Allied Health Degree Required

  • Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in both CT and X-ray within a hospital or emergency department setting Required
