Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve daily function.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and provide client education.
- Maintain accurate documentation and pursue professional development.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in occupational therapy Assistant.
- State licensure certification.
- Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and commitment to ethical practice.
