I’m the owner of a fast-paced, growing automotive collision repair body business — and I need someone who can help me stay one step ahead, both at work and in life.

This isn’t your typical admin desk job. I need someone sharp, proactive, organized, and reliable — someone who can walk alongside me, manage the small stuff, and keep the big picture on track.

About the Role

You’ll be my right hand — helping manage my time, running errands, keeping tasks moving, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll also support key functions inside the business (schedule staff training, plan company events, On board new hires, bank deposits, etc.). Now If you’re a natural problem solver who loves variety and is comfortable in a fast-moving environment, you’ll thrive here.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Follow me around the shop, during meetings, and even on the road (when needed)

• Take notes, create follow-up action plans, and keep me and my team accountable

• Help manage and protect my calendar

• Run errands (grab lunch, pick up a client, thank-you deliveries, etc.)

• Research things I don’t have time for (e.g. comparing equipment do determine best bang for buck, yard care, building maintenance quotes, etc)

• Keep me organized – to-dos, reminders, files, messages

Business Support Duties

• Help with invoicing, QuickBooks, and basic payroll

• Track I-CAR trainings, OEM certs, and compliance items

• Handle some basic scheduling and hiring tasks

• Be involved in team communication & follow-up

Requirements

• Thrives on being organized, fast, and resourceful

• Is tech-savvy and can handle tasks with minimal hand-holding

• Enjoys variety — no two days will look the same

• Is comfortable being around the owner all day and staying two steps ahead

• Has a driver’s license and can be trusted with errands & follow-through

• Is humble enough to grab lunch, smart enough to build a spreadsheet

  • Positive attitude is a must
  • Reliable
  • Trustworthy

Pay $20-$25/Hour - negotiable based on experience
