We’re hiring a Personal Administrative Assistant to support a private UHNW family based in Scarsdale, NY (with occasional travel into NYC).


If you’re highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, this is an opportunity to step into a dynamic, multi-residence household supporting day-to-day operations and logistics.


What you’ll do:

• Manage errands, orders, deliveries, and household logistics

• Provide administrative support to the House Manager

• Coordinate vendors, schedules, and service appointments

• Assist with domestic & international travel planning and itineraries

• Support operations across multiple residences


What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in a PA, admin, or hospitality role

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills

• High level of discretion and professionalism

• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a dynamic environment

• Flexible, service-oriented mindset

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, anticipates needs, and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.
