Personal Assistant to Owner (Household/Private) Apply
Job description :The Personal Assistant to the Owner is responsible for assisting the Owner in managing and coordinating all private residential operations, ensuring the household runs smoothly, efficiently and in accordance with the Owner’s standards.Responsibilities : Owner’s Daily Needs: Manage all personal household needs of the Owner, including meals, medication, daily necessities, grocery planning and household inventory management. Coordinate closely with the cook to ensure kitchen supplies and food stock are properly maintained at all times.Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, domestic workers and security personnel. Ensure all services meet five-star hospitality standards in cleanliness, organization, and discipline.Maintenance & Vendors: Monitor house damages and maintenance issues. Coordinate with vendors for garden, fish pond, and other maintenance needs. Review pricing, manage payments and oversee work completion to ensure quality standards are met.Operational Control: Ensure the residence is consistently clean, organized, secure and in excellent condition.Primary Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the Owner and all household staff.Ad-hoc Support: Handle urgent needs or special requests from the Owner related to household operations.Qualifications : Minimum D4 / S1, preferably in Hospitality Management or related field.Minimum 3 years as a Personal Assistant (Private), Household Assistant, or similar role in a private residence.Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.Firm, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and highly responsible.Willing to work flexible hours based on the Owner’s needs.
