The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill a Personal Banker role in the Houston, TX area. The successful candidate will be performing all customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and customers. The opportunity has a generous hourly rate of up to $23/hr plus generous incentives and a benefits package. (This is not a remote position). Personal Banker responsibilities include: Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems efficiently and effectively at all times. The position encompasses a working knowledge of processing all Individual Retirement Accounts. Answers customers questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Cross sells services and performs related receptionist and secretarial functions as required. Assists or refers customers with any and all questions or problems that arise during the course of business. Attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for customers. All other duties as it relates to this position and assigned. Who Are You? You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. Ability to identify customer needs and develop creative, workable solutions and provide problem resolution to satisfy the customer. Professional, thorough and organized with strong follow-up skills.
