The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and enhance the quality of life for those in need. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Support clients with mobility and transfers safely and comfortably. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to healthcare professionals or family members. Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle physical tasks and assist clients with mobility. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is plus. Benefits Competitive hourly pay between $14.00 and $19.00.
