Responsibilities:

• Serve as main point of contact for car accident clients.
• Set up medical appointments.
• Handle property damage claims from A-Z.
• Monitor case expenses and maintain accurate records for billing purposes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience working in a personal injury law firm as a Case Manager.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Great customer service skills. Friendly on the phone and in person.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology. Must understand how to manage a case properly by understanding medical terminology, MRIs, orthopedics and pain management.
• Must be detailed and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
