Wilshire Law Firm is committed to ensuring our clients receive the best medical treatment possible. Our Case Managers' primary responsibility is to manage all medical treatment such as surgery, injections, infusions and all other necessary procedures.
Each Case Manager is assigned 1-6 assistants tasked with the routine responsibilities involved in casework. Case Managers work closely with Intake Representatives, Property Damage Specialists, Liens Negotiators, and Demand Writers to guarantee the highest quality of support for our clients.
Daily Tasks:
- Manage a large volume of PI pre-litigation cases.
- Frequently contact and communicate with clients to provide case updates and explain medical treatment.
- Review and analyze medical records to identify case value and determine treatment.
- Manage client's medical treatment including surgery, injections, and infusions, etc.
- Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures.
- Prepare files to submit to the demands department.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Personal Injury case management.
- Ability to handle large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
- Strong medical knowledge including surgeries, injections, infusions, etc.
- Liaison between clients and care providers.
- Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
- Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Compensation range is $52,000 - $137,280.
