ABOUT THE ROLE

The firm is looking for an experienced attorney with at least 5 years of personal injury litigation experience to manage litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to achieving favorable results for clients while contributing to the firm's growth and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation.
• Draft, review, and edit pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Trial experience is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be admitted to practice law in New York State (no exceptions).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent oral argument and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
