Location Plano, Texas – This is a full‑time, in‑office position where you'll collaborate closely with our litigation team. Occasional flexibility may be available when needed, but this is primarily an on‑site opportunity. Job Description Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through resolution. Develop litigation strategy and prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues. Take and defend depositions. Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers. Maintain regular communication with clients while providing strategic legal guidance. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines. Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance litigation environment. Qualifications Active Texas Bar license. 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Experience handling cases independently. Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters simultaneously.
