Seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) litigation paralegal with 3+ years of experience in Texas personal injury law. This is a 100% in-office role.

Must be fluent in Spanish-candidates who are not will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Communicate with clients, providers, and adjusters
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials
• Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients
• Maintain and organize case files and calendars

Requirements:

• 3+ years of PI litigation experience in TX
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiar with TX civil procedure and case management software
