Job Description: Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Burbank, CA(Need Local)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $30 - $45 per hour

We are currently seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Litigation Department.

Responsibilities:

• Draft complaints and legal documents.
• Respond to and propound discovery requests.
• Prepare and object to subpoenas.
• Handle expert discovery.
• Assist in deposition preparation.
• Support attorneys with trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Paralegal certification (preferred).
• Litigation experience:
  • 2+ years of experience propounding and responding to discovery.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with expert discovery and trial preparation.
  • 2+ years of experience in personal injury law (Plaintiff or Defense).
• Strong knowledge of statutory deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team leader and team player.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Flexible hours (Monday to Friday)
• No nights or weekends
• 40 hours per week

Required Experience:

• Propounding discovery: 1 year
• Personal injury law: 1 year
• Discovery responses and objections: 1 year
