This is a full-time position for a licensed Property and Casualty customer service representative for a large insurance brokerage. Job duties will consist of processing payments, insurance carrier inquiries, resolving service problems, documenting customer requests and policy changes, processing endorsements on all personal lines of business, and filing/servicing claims. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales personnel with overflow calls. An active P&C license is required, along with previous customer service experience
