Sussex County, NJ - Remote Opportunity

The Product Development Team will receive support through assistance in various stages of product development, spanning from initial ideas to launch and ongoing enhancements. This position entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather valuable insights, analyze data, and shape product strategies. You will engage in research, perform market analyses, and help implement product initiatives. To thrive in this role, a strong sense of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude are essential. You will carry out market research to pinpoint opportunities, grasp customer needs, and assess the competitive environment. Feedback from users will be collected to better understand their requirements and guide product choices. Additionally, you will analyze metrics related to product performance and user data to find improvement opportunities and steer product development. You will also be responsible for creating, preparing, and submitting filings for State Expansion, acting as a link between stakeholders and the product team, and aiding in the formulation of product strategies and roadmaps.


A bachelor’s degree in fields such as business, Marketing, Insurance, or a similar area is required, along with three years of experience in underwriting and product development. It is crucial to possess strong communication and analytical abilities, as well as the capacity to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional team setting. Independence in resolving issues and developing plans of action is necessary. Familiarity with Personal Lines products and current market trends is important. Relevant certifications like AINS, AIDA, or comparable credentials are advantageous.
