Type: Full Time Location: Wright Patterson AFB, OH Overtime Exempt: No Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: Active Top Secret Mid Level Personnel Security Specialists shall provide activity security operations support, coordinate and oversee all security operations activities in support of the F-35 JPO. Duties & Responsibilities: Personnel Security Specialists shall provide personnel security support services to include, but not limited to, the following: Electronically create, track, update, and provide trend analysis for Personnel Action Requests (PARs). Perform Security Officer review of PARs and prioritize PARs when necessary. Schedule and perform Special Access Program indoctrination briefings with approved personnel. Maintain Personnel files IAW current policy. Electronically process, track, update, and provide trend analysis for Partner/FMS PARs. Coordinate and maintain accuracy of program billet rosters. Provide Personnel Clearance (PCL) Management Support. Execute reports to identify personnel requiring Periodic Reinvestigation (PR) Coordinate PR initiation with employee's Service PERSEC POC and provide guidance Coordinate and manage the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program Facilitate adverse/required reporting actions as required Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Demonstrated ability to manage personnel security programs, including the processing, tracking, and analysis of Personnel Action Requests (PARs) and Partner/FMS security actions Strong knowledge of U.S. Government personnel security regulations, policies, and procedures, including Periodic Reinvestigation (PR) and Continuous Evaluation (CE) programs Experience coordinating SAP indoctrination briefings and managing security clearance documentation in compliance with current policy Proficiency in maintaining personnel security files, program billet rosters, and ensuring data accuracy across security systems Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide guidance, produce reports, and brief personnel on security requirements Demonstrated attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple security tasks in a fast-paced environment Minimum/General Experience: The Personnel Security Specialists will possess a Top Secret Security Clearance with current investigation within the last five years. Bachelors Degree with 3 years of experience OR 6 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. OR an Associate's Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant specialized security experience.
