Will Train Male or Female

Interacts with customers to handle intel, complaints, and appointments. Provide information about company services. Introduce features and benefits of company services to potential customers and secure appointments. Comply with uniform dress code. Perform daily maintenance check and up-keep of company vehicle. Daily replenish tools and supplies used to properly complete service. Inspect customers home or business to detect origin of pest issue while communicating all information to customer as well as treat property. Use IPM method to efficiently resolve all pest issues. Make sure all customer contacts end with a satisfactory to excellent rating status.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivolent
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivation skills and ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Knowledge of features and benefits of all services provided by PROTechs for customers
• Proficient in taking advantage of leads for customer growth participation
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment
• Document all necessary customer/client information
• Perform basic pest control service
• Ability to carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures with professionalism and integrity
• Wear clean proper uniform attire
