Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and ensure high-quality care for all pets in our facility.
- Lead and train staff on best practices in pet care and customer service.
- Monitor pet health and behavior, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Coordinate and implement engaging activities for pets to promote their well-being.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets needs and services.
- Assist in managing schedules and staffing to ensure optimal coverage.
- Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping and inventory management.
- Previous experience in pet care or animal handling is required.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of pet behavior, health, and safety protocols.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with animals and clients.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in pet first aid or CPR is a plus.
