This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for maintaining workflow, coaching staff, and ensuring consistent standards of safety, care, and customer service. The Supervisor works directly alongside the team while providing clear direction, accountability, and operational oversight. We are looking for someone confident, organized, and comfortable managing both people and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
