Job Summary (List Format):

- Oversee end-to-end management of IT projects supporting biotechnology research, development, and operations.
- Serve as a liaison between scientific teams, IT, and business functions to ensure effective implementation of digital infrastructure and enterprise applications.
- Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, FDA).
- Coordinate deployment and integration of laboratory and cloud-based systems (LIMS, ELN, ERP) to support R&D and data analytics.
- Track project progress, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain adherence to quality and security standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and IT governance within the organization.
- Utilize Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams.
- No sponsorship available; must be local and able to work in a hybrid (50%) capacity.
