Job Title Pharmaceutical Financial Manager Type Permanent/Direct Hire Salary $120K - $130K + bonus Industry Pharmaceutical / Healthcare About the Role We’re seeking a seasoned finance professional to manage Gross to Net (GTN) operations for a leading pharmaceutical company. This role covers end-to-end GTN functions, including accruals, pricing, reconciliations, and cross-functional collaboration to support revenue integrity and forecasting. Key Responsibilities Manage GTN accruals, postings, and variance analysis. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Contracts on pricing and rebate compliance. Support monthly close processes, account reconciliations, and audit readiness. Resolve revenue-related issues, including chargebacks and billing exceptions. Lead DSO tracking and working capital initiatives. Drive automation and reporting improvements using Excel and analytics tools. Partner with FP&A on GTN insights and forecasting. Requirements Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of GTN experience in pharma (generic or branded). Strong Excel skills; SAP and Qlik Sense experience a plus.
