Full-Time Lakeside Pharmacy | Antigo, WI 54409

$50–$70 per hour (based on experience)


About Lakeside Pharmacy –

Lakeside Pharmacy is a locally owned, community-focused pharmacy proudly serving the Antigo area. We are dedicated to building strong relationships with our patients and providing personalized, high-quality pharmaceutical care in a friendly, welcoming environment. Position Overview Lakeside Pharmacy is seeking a licensed Community Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, detail-oriented, and passionate about community pharmacy practice. This role offers the opportunity to participate in enhanced clinical services through CPESN WI, supporting innovative, outcomes-driven care beyond traditional dispensing.


Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Provide patient counseling on prescription medications, OTC products, and general health concerns

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions

• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff to maintain efficient workflow

• Communicate with prescribers regarding clarifications, refills, and therapy recommendations

• Participate in clinical services and patient care programs through CPESN WI

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Ensure pharmacy operations meet all legal, safety, and quality standards Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited program

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license in good standing

• Immunization certified (or willing to obtain)

• MTM trained (or willing to be trained)

• WPQC certified (or willing to obtain)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Community pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
