Pharmacist Apply
Urban Medspa and Weight Loss Center is seeking a part-time Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing medication counseling, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will work closely with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Provide medication counseling, including information on proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the state Board of Pharmacy
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug therapies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
