Essential job functions include:Directly supervises and manages the performance of assigned personnel, conducting quarterly check-ins and annual evaluationsCoordinates with other health care disciplines to identify and address drug therapy needsParticipates in overall department strategic planning and budget managementManages professional and staff development and competencies for assigned personnelOversees the distributive operations of retail pharmacy in absence of managerFulfills the role of Pharmacist in ChargeServes as business partner liaison for departmentResponsible for compliance with state and federal regulationsFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
