About The Role

You will work as part of the cancer services pharmacy team in the chemotherapy day unit or on the inpatient haematology and oncology ward.

  • You will work with the cancer centre team to provide high level cancer care to our patients
  • You will work with a range of cancer care therapies including chemotherapy, supportive care and clinical trial medicines
  • You will assist with the compounding of chemotherapy including clinical trial medicines

Classifications for this position will range from SX2 - SX5 ($90,812 - $102,757 per annum).

Your Contribution

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with AHPRA pharmacist registration
  • At least three years of experience in hospital pharmacy post registration
  • Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain

Pharmacy Department

The Pharmacy department at St Vincents hospital is decentralised. We provide pharmacy service from satellite pharmacies located in the ward and patient care areas. Pharmacy service is provided to diverse areas across the hospital including inpatients, outpatients, oncology day patients, hospital in the home and our affiliated correctional facilities.
