Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
Develop and maintain quality assurance and operational policies.
Review prescriptions for accuracy and patient safety.
Oversee medication inventory and ensure proper dispensing and storage.
Prepare medications with precise dosages tailored to individual patient needs.
Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and federal guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and oversee pharmacy licensure and regulatory compliance.
Implement workflow improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Active New York pharmacist license in good standing.
PharmD or BSPharm from an ACPE-accredited program.
Proven experience in a senior or supervisory pharmacist role.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compounds, inventory management, and dosage administration.
Proficiency in MS Office and pharmacy software.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to relocate or commute within a 50-mile radius of Buffalo or Syracuse.
PharmD or BSPharm from an ACPE-accredited program.
