Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager (PIC) located in Thief River Falls, MN. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for supervising pharmacy technicians, overseeing prescription fulfillment, managing pharmacy operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies. Additional responsibilities include providing immunization services, offering guidance to staff on best practices in pharmacy practice, and delivering excellent customer care to ensure a high-quality pharmacy experience for all customers.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Pharmacy Practice, Prescription handling, and overall pharmacy operations
  • Experience managing and supervising Pharmacy Technicians
  • Proficiency in providing Immunization services and adhering to relevant medical guidelines
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree
  • Current and valid state pharmacist license with immunization certification
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, community-focused environment
  • Prior management or leadership experience in a pharmacy setting is highly desirable
