Position Overview Phil is seeking a highly experienced Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead and oversee the operations of our pharmacy in Hebron, KY . This role will be responsible for managing a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians while ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant dispensing of medications to patients. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations , the PIC will ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and high standards of patient care within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight for pharmacists, technicians, and support staff. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal and state pharmacy laws, including proper handling of controlled substances, accurate record-keeping, and audit readiness. Dispensing & Quality Control: Oversee accurate and timely medication dispensing, conducting regular audits to uphold safety and quality standards. Inventory Management: Manage ordering, stocking, and storage of pharmaceutical inventory to maintain optimal levels and prevent stockouts or waste. Patient & Provider Support: Deliver clinical consultations and medication counseling, serving as a resource to both patients and healthcare providers. Staff Development: Promote ongoing learning and best practices across the pharmacy team to support performance and growth. Operational Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor financial health, and implement improvements to drive efficiency.
