Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all pharmacy operations and personnel.
• Support the Director of Pharmacy in developing departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee inventory management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for pharmacy staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy - Required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience - Required
• Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Minimum of 5 years' pharmacy experience - Preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience - Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice - Required
