RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge for a Home Infusion pharmacy in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This is a 1st Shift opportunity, offering the chance to step into a leadership role within a specialty pharmacy setting.

Setting: Home Infusion

Term of Assignment: Contract-to-Hire (13-Weeks)

Schedule:

• Full-Time; Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:00pm)
• Possible weekends
• Potential on-call rotation

Job Duties:

• Oversee prescription documentation and ensure compliance with processes, HIPAA, and all federal/state regulations
• Provide patient counseling and ensure safe dispensing practices
• Monitor equipment use and address patient incidents, complaints, and escalated care needs
• Coordinate with intake, referral, pharmacy, and shipping teams to support onboarding, fulfillment, and delivery
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and manage performance
• Support staffing needs across locations
• Communicate leadership updates impacting people, processes, and technology

Requirements:

• Clear and active Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Sterile compounding experience with USP 797 clearly highlighted on resume
• Management experience required
• Ideally 3+ years total experience with 1+ year in a specialty environment
• Connecticut license preferred
• Experience with CareTend software preferred
