Pharmacy Technician | Pharmacy Support ServicesProSidian Seeks a Pharmacy Technician for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Belcourt, North Dakota 58317 Across The CONUS - MidWest Region supporting Indian Health Service with Temporary Staffing at Quentin N Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility.Seeking Pharmacy Technician candidates with relevant Healthcare And Life Sciences Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Healthcare And Life Sciences Sector Clients such as QNBMHF. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Pharmacy Support Services Functional Area / PWS Section / Swim Lane Professional - Inventory Management Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.Provide services and support as a Inventory Management (Pharmacy Technician) in the Healthcare And Life Sciences Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility, Belcourt Service Unit (QNBMHF) | Indian Health Service Generally Located In CONUS - Belcourt, North Dakota 58317 and across the CONUS - MidWest Region (Of Country/World).Responsibilities and duties include:Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and labeling.Enter prescription data using ScriptPro or equivalent systems.Prepare medications and attach auxiliary labels for dispensing.Restock and maintain pharmacy inventory and supplies.Assist with controlled substance recordkeeping under pharmacist supervision.Support IV admixture preparation and unit dose cart filling.Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and safety standards.Perform customer service and patient interaction tasks as delegated.Desired qualifications for Pharmacy Technician | Pharmacy Support Services (QNBMHF0029008) candidates:High school diploma or equivalent.Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program (preferred).Certification through PTCB or equivalent (preferred but not always required).Experience working under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.Education / experience requirements / qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy.Knowledge of pharmacy procedures and medication safety protocols.Familiarity with Native American healthcare settings is a plus.Skills required:Accurate medication preparation and data entry.Proficiency with pharmacy information systems.Basic understanding of medical terminology and drug names.Strong organizational and time management skills.Competencies required:High attention to detail.Dependability and reliability in a clinical setting.Effective communication with patients and staff.Ability to follow protocols and regulatory guidelines.Ancillary details of the roles:Monitors stock levels, orders medications, and ensures inventory accuracy.Supports inpatient IV compounding and labeling under pharmacist direction, including sterile technique and dose verification.Other details:Must be able to lift and handle medication stock and supplies.Must maintain a clean and organized work environment.Immunization and background check documentation required.Must work under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
