This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician position based in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, offering an 8-week contract with the potential to extend for the right candidate. The role involves typical retail pharmacy duties at a high-volume pace, including data entry and dispensing, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume prescription data entry and dispensing accurately and promptly.
• Maintain excellent patient care and communication.
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy team members and healthcare providers.
• Demonstrate pharmacy intuition by proactively identifying and assisting with pharmacy duties.
• Use QS1 software confidently to process prescriptions and manage pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent high-volume retail pharmacy experience is required.
• HIV/AIDS medication dispensing experience is highly preferred and must be noted on the resume.
• Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable with a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Proficient in QS1 pharmacy software.
