What you’ll do… The role involves a variety of tasks related to providing pharmacy products and services to customers while adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Responsibilities include: • Ensuring confidentiality of all information. • Assisting with processing prescriptions and over-the-counter (OTC) orders. • Stocking and securing pharmacy supplies and merchandise. • Entering prescription information and/or filling prescriptions. • Completing and maintaining paperwork. • Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and promoting products/services. • Operating cash registers and related equipment. • Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. • Maintaining the pharmacy area by following company procedures for claims, returns, zoning, and safety. • Maintaining merchandise presentation through stocking, rotating, and displaying products.
