Recruits, retains, and trains pharmacy personnel. Contributes to departmental regulatory compliance, quality and performance improvement, and customer satisfaction. Functions within the guidelines of all state and federal pharmacy legislation and statutes. Other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:A minimum of three years of work experience in health care required. Leadership experience preferred. Quality improvement, process improvement, team building, and problem solving experience is preferred.EDUCATION REQUIRED:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or a related field, or an approved education plan to achieve a bachelor's degree within four years of hire/transfer date is required. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field is preferred.SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
