Skills:
- Two (2) years Phlebotomy experience in Hospital, Commercial Lab, Blood Bank - required
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED - required
- Phlebotomy Program - required
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Phlebotomy Technician Certification (CPT)
- AHA BLS.
