Job summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Phone Analyst with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field services. This role involves analyzing geospatial data to support various projects and initiatives, contributing to the company's mission of delivering innovative solutions.

Required Skills: Field Services

Responsibilities:
Liaise with onshore team for issue resolutions related to Phones
Work on deliverables adhering to SLA requirements.
Ensure support artifacts are updates on time.
Recommend & implement corrective measures around the device support
Liaise with Source & Destination application stake holders for faster resolution of issues.
Work on deliverables adhering to SLA requirements.
Adhere to Merchants processes for incident management & other tasks.

Qualifications:
Possess a bachelors degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in geospatial analysis and field services.
Demonstrate proficiency in using geospatial software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar tools.
Show strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Have experience in developing and maintaining geospatial databases.
Be knowledgeable about the latest trends and technologies in geospatial analysis.
Display the ability to train and mentor junior analysts.
Understand and comply with relevant regulations and standards in geospatial data handling.
Be capable of working in a hybrid model with minimal supervision.
Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Demonstrate the ability to produce detailed reports and visualizations.
Have a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
