Job Description:

1. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
3. Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
4. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and facility guidelines.
6. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
7. Ensure compliance with Nevada state regulations and professional standards of practice
