Job Summary

- Position within the Physical Therapy department of a critical access rural hospital
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 18:00
- Primary patient population includes inpatient and swing bed rehabilitation
- Outpatient services focus on orthopedics and may include neurological cases based on experience
- Responsible for initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop, revise, and evaluate individualized care plans involving patients and families
- Administer therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques
- Supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
- Occasional holiday and weekend (one per month) coverage required
