Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking to hire a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join an orthopedic outpatient practice in Oneida, NY. In this role, you will partner with Physical Therapist in restoring their motion and help them achieve their personal best in functionality. Your mission will be to enhance the quality of life and movement potential through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.

Salary:

• $50,000-$60,000 per year (depending on experience) plus full benefits

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients an hour

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Formulate individualized care plans using diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
• Active New York state license as Physical Therapist Assistant
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
• Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
