Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for top caliber Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join the ever-growing team in the Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic. The ideal candidate is one who is passionate about clinical care, enjoys the patient care experience, and collaborates well with others associated with the care of our patients. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to geriatric patients in home health, focusing on improving their physical and functional abilities.

Salary:

  • $70,000-$90,000 per year (depending on experience) plus full benefits

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients an hour
Insurance Mix: 
Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Lower Back Pain
Shoulder Pain
Knee Pain
Chronic Pain
Elbow Pain
Neck Pain

Types of Patients: Adults

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
  • Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
  • Formulate individualized care plans using diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
  • Active California state license as Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant,
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
  • Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
  • New grads are welcome to apply!
